Chandrashila, meaning "Moon Rock," is a breathtaking summit located at 3,690 meters (12,110 ft) above sea level in Uttarakhand, India. • Distance: 5 km (3.5 km to Tungnath + 1.5 km steep climb to Chandrashila).

Winter Trek Option: During winter, heavy snowfall can make the trek challenging, and roads to Chopta may close. Trekkers often take an alternative route via Deoria Tal – Duggalbitta – Tungnath – Chandrashila.
